Waking up to the sound of chirping birds rather than city noise is such a blessing here in Kodimatha. The sense of community among neighbours makes it feel like home, everyone looks out for each other and it's nice to have friendly faces around. Inside our flat, the quietness allows us to unwind after long workdays, which has been invaluable for family time. My only small complaint would be that sometimes kids playing outside can get a bit loud, but it's manageable overall.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Well maintained corridors make walking around feel pleasant and inviting, and the common areas are always tidy. The gym is equipped with everything needed for a good workout, while the pool area is perfect for relaxation on weekends. Neighbors often use these spaces, creating a nice community atmosphere. Just wish the pool could stay open a bit longer in the evenings, that would really make it easier to unwind after a long day.

Feeling at home in Kodimatha has been a pleasant experience for my family. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any concerns, which makes life easier when things need fixing. Inside the flat, there's a nice sense of peace and quiet that really helps during busy days. One small complaint would be the occasional sound from neighbors, but it's not frequent enough to overshadow all the positives we enjoy here.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Stepping into the mornings here feels refreshing, especially with the greenery all around. It's been wonderful having good schools and hospitals nearby, which makes life easier for our family. One little thing to note is that sometimes it gets a bit noisy during peak hours, but overall it's been a great place to call home. In terms of locality, there are plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, so daily shopping is hassle free. The bus stop nearby offers convenient access to public transport for those times we need to head out further.
