Common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the lobby gets a bit cluttered in the evening. Felt safe coming back late, though parking can be tricky during peak hours. Overall, a decent place to live with minor annoyances.

Place feels quite peaceful with good open spaces around. I like how the balcony gets nice sunlight in the mornings, perfect for tea time. Shops and market are not too far, so daily needs are easy to manage. Sometimes the security could be a bit more attentive at night, but overall it feels safe. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The security guards are polite but sometimes slow to respond when you ask for help. Also, the lifts can get crowded during peak hours, which is a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with enough open space around.

The flat feels solid and wellbuilt, with good finishing inside which makes daily living comfortable. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it’s manageable. The neighborhood is calm, and I think the rent here is reasonable for what you get. Would prefer if there were more quick service options nearby though.

Parking is usually not a big problem here, which is nice when I come back late. The security guards are polite and make me feel safe, so I don’t worry much about night time. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay with just a little more lighting needed in some corners.
