Maintenance response times could definitely use improvement here. When we had an issue with the plumbing, it took ages for someone to come and check it out. Compared to other places nearby, the value seems lacking considering the service we receive, there are probably better options around that offer more attention to resident concerns.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Morning sunlight is a rarity here, and the flat feels stuffy with limited air circulation. Water supply issues are frequent, and power backup could definitely be more reliable. Vasai has its charms though, it feels quite developed with good road access, but some areas need better maintenance to keep up with the growing population. It's a mixed bag really, as you get both convenience and some infrastructure challenges.

Finding a place like Sethi Palacio has been a genuine relief. The community feel here is wonderful, and it's refreshing to know our neighbours well, everyone looks out for each other. While the amenities are quite good for the price, I do wish there were more options in terms of indoor activities for kids during the monsoon. Vasai itself has some lovely parks nearby where we often take evening strolls, and the noise levels are surprisingly low given how busy Mumbai can be. It really feels like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything we need.

Water supply has been quite inconsistent lately, which is frustrating for daily chores. Power backup also tends to falter during peak usage times, making it hard to rely on appliances when needed. While the location near the main road is convenient for commuting, these issues with utilities really take away from the overall experience here.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Walking through the community feels refreshing with ample air circulating throughout. Commutes are straightforward, with easy access to major roads that help in getting to work on time without much hassle. One small thing I wish for is a little more attention to common area maintenance, as it could elevate the overall experience. Still, enjoying my time here and grateful for the vibrant neighborhood in Vasai.

Quality of life here feels really good, especially with how well maintained the building is. The lifts are reliable and usually in good condition, which can be a big relief during rush hours. Daily commutes from the gate are quite manageable, major routes are just a short drive away. Only thing I wish could improve is the landscaping outside, it's decent but could use a bit more attention to really enhance the look of the place.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Complaints don't seem to get resolved as quickly as they should. The maintenance staff often takes their time addressing issues, which can be frustrating when you have a leaking tap or a broken light. Common areas and corridors could definitely use more regular cleaning too, sometimes it feels like they're neglected. Vasai has some good schools nearby that my kids attend, so that's a plus for us. Plus, there are plenty of nice restaurants and food joints around where we enjoy family meals on weekends.
