Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Walking through the corridors of Serene Daffodils, I often appreciate how well maintained they are. The upkeep of common areas really adds to a pleasant living environment, and it's reassuring knowing that sanitation is taken seriously. Shops and schools nearby make daily life easier, my kids can walk to their school in just a few minutes while I have easy access to grocery stores and hospitals for any emergencies. One small complaint would be that sometimes the water pressure fluctuates, but it hasn't been too disruptive. Ulwe has some great local restaurants that serve everything from South Indian to street food delights, making dining out a treat on weekends. However, traffic during peak hours can get a bit hectic but nothing we can't manage with some planning ahead.

Finding everything I need within a short distance has made life here quite enjoyable. There are excellent shops nearby, so grocery runs and daily errands are hassle free. Schools and hospitals in the area offer good options, which is important for our family. Only wish the water supply was a bit more reliable, sometimes it does have its off days. Other than that, power backup has been solid, which gives peace of mind during those unexpected outages.

After moving here, I've appreciated how everything we need is just around the corner. The shops and supermarkets within walking distance make grocery runs easy, while having good schools and hospitals nearby adds to the convenience of raising a family. One small issue has been the occasional noise from construction in neighboring areas, but it hasn't been too bothersome overall. In Ulwe, property values are steadily rising, so it's encouraging for future investments. There are plenty of kirana stores around that cater to everyday needs without having to drive far.

Complaints are handled pretty efficiently here, which is a relief when you have little things that need sorting out. The daily commute from the gate is convenient too, with decent connectivity to major routes, getting around the city has never been smoother. There's just this one issue with occasional noise during festivals that can be bothersome, but it doesn't overshadow how much we enjoy living here. Ulwe has some lovely parks nearby where the kids can play and unwind after school. Plus, there are several hospitals and clinics within a short distance, which really adds to the peace of mind for families like ours.

Stepping into our flat, the first thing that hits you is how peaceful it feels inside, even with the buzz of Mumbai outside, we rarely hear anything disruptive. There's a nice flow of air throughout the space, but sometimes I wish for a little more ventilation in certain rooms. Ulwe has been a pleasant surprise too, with well equipped clinics nearby and dependable water and electricity supply, which really adds to the comfort of daily life here. The convenience makes everything feel just right for our family.
