Neighbours here have a wonderful sense of community, always ready to help each other out. Facilities are well maintained and the building has a pleasant feel to it, though I wish the lift could be a little more reliable during peak hours. All in all, it's been a really positive experience for my family and me.

While there's ample light and air in the flat, these basic utilities are crucial for daily life. Koba has decent property appreciation trends lately, which is encouraging for future investment. Finding an auto or cab around here isn't too difficult, making commuting relatively hassle free.

Construction quality stands out, with solid finishes and a well thought out layout that makes our flat feel like home. The gym facilities are quite good, they've got everything I need for a decent workout without the crowds. Spending weekends by the pool is a nice treat, though I wish the timings were a bit more flexible. Koba has some lovely parks nearby where kids can play freely, which adds to the family friendly vibe of the area. Noise levels are surprisingly low here despite being close to main roads, making it peaceful enough for evening walks or just relaxing at home.

Commute from the gate is really convenient, and having shops, hospitals, and schools so close by has made our daily life much easier. Just wish there were a few more options for restaurants nearby to explore on weekends.
