Hallways and common areas have been neglected lately, it's disappointing to see litter left lying around when you expect a certain standard. The daily commute can be a hassle, especially with the narrow lanes near our gate where traffic builds up quickly. While there's some potential here, the maintenance isn't keeping pace with what families like ours need. On another note, finding an auto or cab is usually straightforward despite the busy roads nearby, but noise from the main street can be quite bothersome at times during peak hours. It's manageable for now, but I wish there was more attention to upkeep so that living here felt better overall.

Security at the gate feels reassuring, and being just a short walk from the main road makes commuting easy. If only there were a few more amenities nearby, it would be perfect.
