Nice open spaces around the building, so it doesn’t feel too crowded. I enjoy spending evenings on the balcony watching kids play nearby. The traffic can get a bit busy during peak hours, but overall it’s a peaceful place to come back to after work. Would be better if they had more shaded seating outside though.

The common areas here are usually quite clean, which makes coming home feel nice after a long day. The lifts are a bit slow during peak hours, but not too much trouble. Security staff are friendly and always alert, so I feel safe living here. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with just small room for improvement in elevator speed.

Nice and peaceful area, easy to find shops nearby. Sometimes power backup can be slow, but overall a good place to stay. Good location!

Nice and quiet place to come back after work, though sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer during peak hours. Felt safe even late at night, which was good. Pretty good overall. Smooth stay.

The place feels nice overall, but sometimes the lifts take too long, especially during peak hours. The corridors are usually clean, which I liked, but a bit more light in common areas would be good. Shops and markets are not too far, so daily stuff is easy to get. Would stay again but hope they improve the elevator speed soon.

Neighbours are mostly friendly, but sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings. Shops and essentials are not very close, so we usually have to travel a bit for daily needs. Overall, the place feels safe enough when coming back late.

Quiet mornings here are really nice, and the kids enjoy the small play area a lot. Sometimes evenings get a bit crowded near the clubhouse, but overall it feels like a friendly community. Would be great if they kept the common spaces a little cleaner though. Still, I feel comfortable bringing my family here.
