Security at the gate gives a reassuring feeling, making it easy to relax after a long day. Our flat receives plenty of air, which makes evenings quite pleasant. Occasionally, the noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting during early mornings. Overall, living here has been rewarding and comfortable for my family.

Power backup has been quite reliable here, which is a huge relief during those unexpected outages. Water supply is decent most of the time, but there have been a couple of instances when it dipped for a few hours. What really stands out is the community feel among neighbours, everyone looks out for each other and it's nice to have that support. Dadar East has its own charm with steady water and electricity services, making daily life smoother. Plus, I've noticed property values in this area steadily appreciating over the past few years, so that's encouraging as well.

Quality finish in our flat is quite impressive, making everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. Only complaint would be the occasional noise from the nearby construction, but it's manageable considering all the conveniences around us. Local shops are just a stone's throw away, and good hospitals and schools add to the appeal. The road quality here is decent, and public transport options like metro stations make commuting easy for everyone.

Noticeable cleanliness in the corridors and common areas adds a lot to daily life here. While the lift sometimes takes a bit longer during peak hours, overall, I'm really satisfied with how well everything is maintained.

Gym equipment often feels outdated, and the pool area isn't well maintained. It's disappointing because we expected a lot more from Satviki Horizon after hearing about it. The corridors and common spaces sometimes show signs of neglect, which doesn't give off a welcoming vibe. On the upside, Dadar East offers reliable water supply and electricity, making daily life smoother. The locality feels quite settled with good amenities around, so that's definitely a plus in this bustling city.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Amenities like the gym and pool are really well maintained, which makes life more enjoyable. One small issue would be that sometimes the corridors could use a little extra attention, but overall, great value for what we get here in Dadar East.

Noticed how reliable the water supply is here, which has been a big relief for our family. Power backup works well most of the time, and when there are any issues, the maintenance staff is quick to respond and sort things out. Just once or twice we had to follow up on a complaint longer than expected, but overall I'm quite satisfied with how everything runs. Dadar East feels safe even at night, and it's easy to find both supermarkets and small kirana stores just a short walk away. It's nice knowing that daily essentials are so accessible while still feeling secure in the neighborhood.

Noise from the main road can be quite bothersome, especially in the mornings and evenings. Quality of the construction leaves much to be desired, there are visible cracks and some fixtures feel subpar for what we paid.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.
