horrible maintenance Don't waste your hard-earned money here; there are far better options in the neighbourhood. Sarthak projects are the worst; they bully people. I bought an apartment here in 2020 and have been regretting it ever since.

The flats are excellent new construction. Also lovely is the vista. However, there are some drawbacks as well, such as the neighbouring railroad station where you can hear trains arriving and going.

The apartments are lovely and new. The view is wonderful. A neighbouring train station where you can hear trains arriving and departing is one of the disadvantages, though.
