Corridors and common areas often feel neglected, which is disappointing given the potential of the place. Sometimes it feels like our flat could use a bit more fresh air, especially on warmer days when things get stuffy. It's tough to ignore these aspects when you're living here every day. Sheela Nagar has its charm though, the streets feel relatively safe at night, and there are several schools nearby that many families rely on for their kids' education. It makes life easier knowing that essential amenities are close by while still having a sense of security around here.

Convenient access to the main road and the metro gate really makes daily commutes manageable. It's nice not having to deal with long travel times, especially during peak hours. The only downside is that noise from the street can sometimes be a bit bothersome, but overall, living here has been a pleasant experience.

Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained really adds to the overall feel of home here. It's surprisingly quiet inside, allowing for peaceful evenings after a long day at work. My only small complaint would be occasional noise from children playing in the gardens, but it's manageable and doesn't bother us too much.

Sunlight pours into the flat during the morning, which I genuinely appreciate, but the overall ventilation isn't great. It often feels stuffy in the afternoons, and I'm not happy about how quickly dust accumulates here. Value for money doesn't quite hit the mark when you consider what else is available in Sheela Nagar, there are better options out there that offer more space and light for a similar price. On a positive note, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, which makes grocery shopping easy. Plus, having hospitals and clinics nearby gives me peace of mind knowing healthcare isn't far when needed.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, with visible cracks and poorly finished walls in my flat. While the proximity to the main road is convenient for commuting, it also comes with constant noise from traffic that can be quite bothersome. Accessibility to the metro station is decent, but I wish there were more bus routes nearby for better connectivity. On the plus side, there are a couple of good hospitals and clinics within walking distance, which gives some peace of mind during emergencies. Overall, while the location has its perks, the apartment itself hasn't met my expectations at all.

The friendly atmosphere here makes a real difference, neighbours often come together for festivals or even casual gatherings, creating a sense of community that feels rare these days. Just wish the local shops had a wider variety, but overall, Sardar Empire offers great value compared to other options in Sheela Nagar.

Sardar Empire in Sheela Nagar offers great value, especially compared to other options in Vizag. Water supply is reliable and the power backup works well during outages, which gives peace of mind for families like ours. If there's one thing I'd improve, it would be the availability of a few more recreational facilities nearby, but overall we're quite satisfied here.

Water supply issues are a common headache here, often leading to frustrating shortages. Power backup isn't reliable either, there have been several moments when we've been left in the dark during peak hours, which is quite inconvenient. While the flat does have decent ventilation, it struggles with overall brightness feels a bit dull most of the time. For what we pay, these ongoing problems have certainly made living here less pleasant than expected.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
