The flat looks good but I noticed some small finishing issues like uneven paint and a loose handle. Common areas are mostly clean, though sometimes the lobby feels a bit crowded. Overall, not bad for the price if you don’t mind these minor things.

Neighbours are friendly and the security guards are quite helpful, which makes living here comfortable. The rent is a bit on the higher side, but overall the place feels safe and peaceful. Would be better if maintenance was a little quicker though.

Nice open spaces around, feels good to step out for fresh air. Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but overall not bad. Shops are a little far, so keep that in mind. Pretty decent place
