Street noise can be a real headache here, making it hard to relax at times. While the water supply is generally reliable, there have been instances when the pressure drops unexpectedly, which can be quite frustrating. Power backup works most of the time, but I've noticed some delays during peak usage hours. Living with these issues makes it tough to fully enjoy this place.

Common areas and corridors could use more attention, they don't feel as well maintained as one would hope. The proximity to the main road is decent, making commutes manageable, but the upkeep really leaves something to be desired. In this locality, there are a few good restaurants and food joints nearby that cater to different tastes, so finding a meal is never too hard. Supermarkets and kirana stores are also within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping quite convenient.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

The flat is surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere that lets us unwind after busy workdays. If I had to mention one small complaint, it's that sometimes we wish for better ventilation in the kitchen area during cooking. Kancheru feels safe even at night, which gives us peace of mind when stepping out for late night errands. Plus, finding an auto or cab around here is pretty straightforward, making it convenient whenever we need to head out.

Recently noticed how well maintained the common areas are here at Samvruddi Krishna Aero Gate. The corridors are always tidy, and there's a sense of care that reflects in the building upkeep. One small thing I've observed is that the lift occasionally takes a little longer during peak hours, which can be slightly inconvenient. Overall, very satisfied with our experience and truly appreciate the community vibe around us.

Shops nearby are limited, which can be frustrating when you need daily essentials or groceries. There's a hospital not too far away, but it feels inadequate for serious issues, I wouldn't want to rely on it in an emergency. While there's a pool and some sports facilities on the property, they're often overcrowded and not well maintained, making it hard to enjoy them regularly.
