Sampada Residency's units have experienced several problems with plumbing, power, and other utilities, which is disappointing given the high price tag. loss of essential amenities including clean surroundings, timely maintenance, and enough security.

Anybody looking for a modern and comfortable apartment in K R Puram should definitely choose Sampada Residency. The 3 bhk apartments are gorgeous, and they have first-rate amenities.

In Sampada Residency, I enjoy staying. My family is nicely accommodated in the spacious 2 BHK flat, and the location is outstanding. Also, the move-in procedure was an easy one.
