The corridors and lobby are kept quite clean, which makes coming home feel nice. It's mostly peaceful around here, though sometimes a bit of noise from outside. Would be better if the balconies had more shade for afternoon use.

Felt pretty safe coming back late at night, which is a big plus for me. The flat’s finishing was good, but the elevator sometimes takes a bit longer than I expected. Overall, not bad at all. Safe and smooth

Kids play area is good for my little one, and overall the place feels safe even late at night. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings but not too much. We are happy living here. Safe and friendly
