The flat looks nice and feels solid, but some of the finishing touches inside could be betterlike a few cupboard doors didn’t close properly. The kids’ play area is decent, though a bit small for many children at once. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live if you don’t mind minor things that need fixing over time.

Nice quiet place to stay, and shops are just a short walk away which is very convenient for daily needs. Commute to office is mostly smooth, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours. Parking is usually okay, but sometimes finding a spot takes some time. Overall, comfortable for family living with good basic access. Would be better if the roads were maintained a little more regularly.

Lift takes a bit longer during peak hours, which can be annoying sometimes. Otherwise, the security guards are quite helpful and polite. Overall, a decent place to live but could improve on elevator speed.
