Nice place overall, but I felt it gets a bit noisy during evenings with kids playing loudly near the open spaces. The balconies are good for some fresh air, though sometimes dust from nearby roads spoils the mood. Community events seem okay, but I wish they happened more often to help people mingle better. Still, it's a decent spot if you want some greenery around without too much crowd.

Neighbours here are mostly friendly and respectful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The security guards are helpful and always alert, so I felt safe coming back late at night. Sometimes the common areas could be cleaner, but overall it’s a decent environment to stay in. I enjoy the quiet mornings and relaxed vibe around the building. The place feels quite peaceful overall, and I liked how the lifts are fast enough even during peak hours. Parking is mostly easy to find, which is a big relief for me. Sometimes the clubhouse gets a bit crowded when there are events, but it’s nice to have that community feel nearby. Would be great if they improved lighting in some common areas though.
