Natural light pours in during the day, which is nice, but the air circulation isn't great. For what we're paying, I expected more value compared to other options in Madurai. The building has a solid reputation, but some basic maintenance issues have been frustrating. B B Kulam feels relatively safe at night with families often seen out and about, and finding an auto or cab isn't a hassle either, so that's a plus for us.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Bright, airy rooms make mornings feel fresh and energizing. Common areas are well kept and inviting, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere here. One small concern might be that the corridors could use a little more attention from time to time, but that's minor compared to how much I enjoy calling this place home.

Noticing how well the building is maintained has been a pleasant surprise, especially the cleanliness in common areas. The lifts function smoothly, which makes a big difference during busy mornings. Inside our flat, the quietness is just what we need for relaxation after long workdays. One small drawback is that sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be heard during the day, but it's manageable overall.

Walking into my home at Sam Nest feels peaceful, even with the hustle of Madurai outside. The noise levels are surprisingly low, you hardly notice anything from the street. Commuting to work is straightforward too, with quick access right from the gate. One small downside is that sometimes maintenance requests take a little longer to address than expected, but overall, it's been a lovely place for our family.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Walls here are thinner than expected, and noise travels easily from the neighbors. The construction finish feels rushed, with uneven tiles and some plumbing issues that should not be present in a new flat. Comparing this place to others around B B Kulam, I find the value lacking given the quality. As for the locality, metro access isn't far away but can get crowded during peak hours. Water supply is mostly reliable, though electricity sometimes fluctuates when there's heavy rain.

Access to the gym and pool has been a real blessing for our family, especially with how close it is to the main road and metro gate. It makes commuting much easier and gives us more time for leisure activities at home. Just wish there were a few more classes available at the gym to keep things fresh, but overall, we feel lucky to be here.

Shops are conveniently located nearby, which helps with daily needs. However, the hospitals in the area could be better equipped, I faced some issues last month when we needed immediate care. Schools around are decent but often overcrowded, making morning drop offs a bit hectic. Commute from the gate is manageable but can get congested during peak hours.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
