Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Quality of the construction here leaves a lot to be desired, there are issues with the finishing that should have been addressed before moving in. While shops, hospitals, and schools are reasonably accessible, the general maintenance around these areas could definitely improve.

Water supply has been quite reliable here, which is a big plus considering how things can get in Chennai. Power backup also does its job well, making those hot summer days much more bearable. The daily commute from Sholinganallur to my office is pretty straightforward, though traffic can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours. One small thing I'd mention is that the common areas could use some sprucing up now and then. Overall, happy with our choice!
