Access to shops, hospitals, and schools nearby makes daily life so much easier. The gym and pool within the project are great for keeping fit as a family, though I wish the opening hours were a bit more flexible for working folks like us.

Close to some really good shops and hospitals, which makes daily life much easier. The schools nearby are quite decent, so that's a plus for families. If there's one downside, it's the traffic during peak hours, it can get a little hectic coming in and out sometimes, but overall I'm satisfied with the experience here.

Clean corridors and well maintained common areas really stand out here, making it a pleasant place to come home to. One small issue is that sometimes the lifts can be slow during peak hours, but that's a minor inconvenience considering the overall value compared to other options in the area. Yendada has lovely parks nearby where families often gather for evening walks or picnics, and I always feel safe walking around at night, which adds to my comfort living here.

A wonderful breeze flows through our flat, making it feel fresh and inviting. It's surprisingly quiet inside, which is a nice escape from the bustling world outside, though I wish the balcony had a bit more privacy. The area around Yendada is quite convenient for catching an auto or cab anytime, and property values seem to be on the rise as new developments come up nearby.

Power backup issues are quite frequent here, which can be really frustrating during those hot summer months. The daily commute from the gate isn't too bad, but it could be better managed, traffic often gets heavy during peak hours, making simple trips feel longer than they should. Water supply has also been inconsistent lately, there are times when we've had to go without it for a few hours. Yendada has some decent restaurants nearby that offer a variety of cuisines, so dining out is convenient when we don't feel like cooking. However, navigating through the traffic during rush hour can turn quick errands into an exercise in patience.

Tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms have poor finishing, which really stands out when you expect a certain quality. Shops are nearby, but the grocery selection is limited compared to what we had before. While schools and hospitals are accessible, they could be better organized, it often feels chaotic during peak hours.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
