Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Issues with maintenance staff responsiveness have been frustrating lately. Complaints often take too long to get addressed, and it feels like there's a lack of urgency when something needs fixing. It's disappointing given the overall promise of this place. On another note, Tellapur has decent road quality and infrastructure is generally kept up well, making commuting manageable. There are also some good restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a meal or grab takeout when you're in a rush.

The layout here really allows for excellent air circulation, making the space feel refreshing and open. While it offers great value compared to other options in the area, occasional noise from nearby construction can be a bit bothersome.

Complaints are handled swiftly by the maintenance staff, which really eases any stress that comes up. Being just a stone's throw from the main road and metro gate makes commuting very straightforward, I appreciate how accessible everything is. The only minor issue has been occasional delays in service requests, but it's manageable given the overall quality of life here. It feels good to have such a supportive community around me.

One thing that stands out here is the peaceful environment inside the flat, which makes unwinding after a long workday so much easier. The gym and pool areas are also nicely maintained, though sometimes I wish there were more lounge chairs by the pool for weekend relaxation.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Neighbors can be pretty loud at times, and I notice the noise travels easily inside our flat, especially during the evenings. While it's close to the main road, which is convenient for commuting, that also means there's a constant hum of traffic that disrupts any peace I hope to have after work. The quality of construction doesn't help much with sound insulation either. Tellapur has its perks though, there are decent schools nearby that many families rely on, making it easy for parents like us. However, some areas can feel busy and noisy with all the commercial activity around here during peak hours.

Facilities like the pool and gym at Saaghar Serien could definitely be better maintained. The sports area is okay, but it doesn't get much use since there's hardly any proper ventilation in that space. It often feels a bit stuffy inside the flat because of how it's designed, which can be frustrating after a long day. Tellapur has decent electricity supply, so that's not a big worry. Water availability is mostly reliable too, and property values seem to be on an upward trend around here, which is encouraging for future growth.

Security at the gate often feels lax, which is a concern for us. There have been instances where visitors could enter without proper checks, and that makes me uneasy. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet, we enjoy peaceful evenings away from the noise outside. Just wish they'd prioritize safety as much as comfort in our homes here at Saaghar Serien.
