Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Shops and schools are just around the corner, making it easy to manage daily errands. I appreciate the well maintained gym and swimming pool, they really encourage a healthier lifestyle after a long workday. There's also a nearby hospital which gives me peace of mind knowing healthcare is accessible if needed. My only minor issue would be occasional noise from celebrations in the party house, but it hasn't been too disruptive overall.

Shops and hospitals are conveniently close, making it easy for us to manage day to day needs. The schools nearby have been great for our children, providing them with a solid foundation. Quality wise, the flat feels well built, and we appreciate the thoughtful layout. One small issue is that sometimes the elevators can take a bit longer during peak hours, but it's not a dealbreaker at all.

Corridors often look neglected, which is disappointing given how close it is to the main road and metro gate. It feels like more attention could really enhance the living experience here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

One thing that really stands out here is the strong water supply and reliable power backup, which makes everyday life so much easier, especially during summer. Compared to other options in the Kudlu area, the value we're getting is impressive given all the amenities like a gym and swimming pool. The only small drawback has been a few delays with maintenance requests, but overall it hasn't affected our satisfaction too much.

What strikes me most about this place is how quiet it feels inside. With all the hustle and bustle outside, stepping into my flat feels like a little oasis. The value compared to other options around here is also quite reasonable, I feel I'm getting my money's worth, especially with amenities like the gym and swimming pool available. My only small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance takes a bit longer than expected. Kudlu has its charm too, traffic can get heavy during peak hours but manageable enough if you plan your outings well. Water and electricity supply have been reliable, which adds to the overall comfort of living here.
