Space here is well utilized, making everyday living comfortable. The ventilation keeps the apartment fresh and airy, which is a huge plus, especially during Chennai's humid months. Compared to other options in Medavakkam, the value for what we get feels just right. One minor issue has been some noise from the nearby road, but it hasn't affected our overall enjoyment too much.

Noticing the well maintained security setup at the gate really gives peace of mind here. The value we get for what we pay is quite impressive compared to other options in the area, especially considering how many amenities are available. If I had to point out a small complaint, it would be that sometimes the noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting during peak hours. The locality itself has been quite convenient, catching an auto or cab is never a hassle, and there are good hospitals and clinics just around the corner if you need them. It feels like everything one might need is easily accessible without much trouble.

Security setup at the gate feels a bit lax, making me uneasy sometimes about who comes in and out. It's also frustrating how close it is to the main road, with noise being an issue during peak hours. On a positive note, there are decent schools nearby that many families use regularly, and thankfully water and electricity supply has been reliable so far. Living in Medavakkam does have its conveniences but those security concerns keep lingering on my mind.

Sunlight hardly makes its way into the apartment, and that's been quite disappointing. The air circulation could be better too, especially during the hotter months when you really feel it. Considering the pricing in Medavakkam, there are definitely more appealing options out there with better natural light and airflow.

Airflow in the flat is refreshing, making it feel so much more comfortable throughout the day. It's also great being just a short walk from the main road and the metro gate, commuting to work is hassle free. One thing I wish was better is the sound insulation, some days traffic noise can be a bit bothersome, especially during peak hours. Medavakkam has been growing steadily, with property values increasing nicely over the past few years. There are several good schools nearby that our kids attend, which adds to the convenience of this location for families like ours.

Noticing how well maintained the building is really makes a difference, especially compared to other options I've seen around Medavakkam. The lift could use some upgrades, but overall the value we get here feels quite reasonable given the amenities and spaciousness. There are some great restaurants and food joints nearby that cater to various tastes, and I always feel safe walking around in the evenings.
