Balcony space is nice and we enjoyed morning tea there, but parking can get a bit tricky during evenings. Overall, peaceful place but wish the kids’ play area was a little bigger.

Power backup is good here, so no problem during outages. Security staff are polite and helpful, which makes me feel safe. Would be nice if they improve the kids’ play area a bit though.

Neighbours are friendly and the place feels safe. Sometimes water pressure is low in the evening, but overall it’s a good stay. Commute to office is quite smooth too. Pretty decent

The flat is nicely built with good finishing, feels solid and comfortable to live in. It’s mostly quiet around, so no problem if you like peace. Maybe the parking space could be a bit more organized.

Neighbours are friendly and I felt comfortable here. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but overall good experience. Kids enjoyed the small play area nearby. Nice place!
