Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

One thing that stands out is how quickly the maintenance staff addresses any concerns we have, it's reassuring to know they're always just a call away. The construction quality feels solid and has held up well, which is something I appreciate in a new home. My only small complaint would be that the lift service can sometimes get a bit slow during peak hours, but it's not a dealbreaker for us. Agaramthen is really shaping up nicely with good road conditions and reliable infrastructure, making daily commutes easier. Property values here seem to be appreciating steadily, so that gives me confidence in our decision to settle down in this area.
