The balconies here are great for evening tea and fresh air. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it’s a calm and comfortable place to stay.

Really liked how peaceful the area felt, with lots of green spaces around. My kids enjoyed playing outside, and we often used the balcony to relax in the evenings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during rush hours, but overall it's a nice place to live if you want some fresh air and quiet. Would be great if they added more shaded spots for sitting outside.

Lift takes a bit longer than I expected during peak hours, which can be frustrating. Apart from that, the flat feels sturdy and wellbuilt, but the balcony space is smaller than I hoped. Overall, living here is comfortable enough for daily life.

The apartment feels decent overall, but I noticed the finishing inside the flat could have been a bit bettersome corners look rushed. Also, the elevator is quite slow during peak hours, which gets annoying when you’re in a hurry. However, the rent here is still reasonable compared to nearby places, so it’s not a bad option if you’re looking for something affordable. Living here feels mostly comfortable once you get used to these small issues.

The area feels pretty calm and easy to get around, which is nice for daily commute. Shops and markets are not too far, so grabbing essentials is simple. Would be better if evening street lighting was a bit improved for safety.

Neighbourhood is generally quiet and nice, but sometimes traffic gets a bit heavy during office hours. The kids have a small play area which keeps them busy, though I wish it was a bit bigger. Overall, feels like a decent place to stay without too much fuss.

The flat looks good but I felt the finishing inside could be better, especially in the kitchen area. Also, power backup sometimes takes a while to switch on, which can be a bit annoying during evenings. Overall, it’s decent for daily living.

Parking is mostly okay here, and I feel safe coming back late at night. The community events help to meet neighbours, which is nice. Could be better if parking space was a bit bigger. Mostly good.
