Quietness inside the flat is something I've really come to appreciate here. The walls seem thick enough that outside noise barely reaches us, making for peaceful evenings after a long day at work. Maintenance staff are responsive and quick to address any issues, they genuinely care about keeping residents happy. One small point of concern has been the occasional delay in getting some minor repairs done, but nothing too bothersome overall.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Water supply issues are frequent and can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours when it feels like there's barely enough pressure. Although there are shops and schools nearby, the lack of reliable power backup makes everything more challenging for a family with kids.

Facilities here, especially the gym and pool, have been a big plus for me. The gym is well equipped, which keeps my workout routine on track even with a busy schedule. I appreciate how well the building is maintained, lifts are always in good condition and never keep you waiting too long. If I had to mention one small complaint, it would be that sometimes the noise from kids playing can get a bit loud during weekends. In terms of locality, having hospitals within a short distance brings peace of mind for my family's health needs. Streets around here feel quite safe at night, so late evening walks aren't an issue either.

Proximity to the main road is a plus, making commutes easier. However, the upkeep of common areas and corridors leaves much to be desired, they often feel neglected and could definitely use more attention.

Every detail in the construction feels well thought out, from the flooring to the finishes. Noise levels inside are surprisingly low, making it easy to relax after a hectic workday. Just one small concern is that sometimes maintenance responses take a little longer than expected, but overall, it's been a great place for my family and me.

Quality of the flat really stands out, especially the finishing touches which give it a modern feel. Just a small complaint about occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's not too bothersome. Being close to the main road and metro gate makes commuting easy for work and other errands. In this locality, water supply is reliable which has been a big plus for us, and electricity cuts are rare. Despite being near some commercial areas, it maintains a decent level of peace most days.

Bright mornings in our flat are refreshing, especially with the lovely cross ventilation that keeps things comfortable. The gym and pool facilities make staying active easy, although sometimes I wish the sports area had more equipment options for variety.
