Security at the gate often feels more like a hassle than a help. Sometimes it takes ages to get through, especially during peak hours, which is frustrating when you're already running late for work. The commute from here isn't as straightforward as I hoped, navigating the roads can be tricky given the ongoing construction in Kunhari. On the plus side, there are some decent parks nearby where kids can play and we can take evening walks, but you have to bear with the noise from main roads which can be quite disruptive at times. Overall, it's a mixed bag living here.

Shops and schools are just around the corner, which makes daily life much easier, especially with kids. The nearby hospital gives peace of mind, knowing help is close if needed. Enjoying weekends at the pool or in the sports area feels like a small getaway after a long week. Just wish there were more options for dining out nearby, that would really complete things here.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Finding everything you need within walking distance has been such a relief. Shops for daily essentials, good schools for the kids, and a hospital nearby offer great peace of mind. The maintenance staff are responsive and address complaints promptly, although it would be nice if they were a tad quicker sometimes.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Warm evenings spent by the pool with neighbors make this place feel like home. Everyone is so friendly, and we often find ourselves sharing a meal or a quick chat. The gym is another highlight, equipped enough to keep me motivated without needing to go outside for workouts. One minor downside is that sometimes maintenance can be slow to respond, but it's manageable overall. Kunhari has really reliable water and electricity supply, which makes daily life easy. Plus, walking around in the evenings feels safe, so I never worry when my kids want to play outside after dark.

Bright mornings are a delight here with all the natural light streaming in, and the fresh air makes a big difference. Daily commutes are so easy, as there's quick access to major routes right from the gate. Just wish there were a few more amenities nearby for those last minute needs, but overall, it's been a satisfying experience living in this community.
