Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Sunlight streams into the flat all day, making it feel so warm and welcoming. Air circulation is fantastic too, which keeps everything feeling fresh. Only small complaint would be that the kitchen could use a bit more counter space for prep work when I'm cooking for the family. Golmuri has its perks with good hospitals nearby like Tata Main Hospital and clinics just around the corner for any quick check ups. Access to public transport is easy as well, there's a metro station within walking distance that makes commuting a breeze.

Corridors often feel neglected, and the common areas could really use some attention. It's frustrating when you pay good money for a place, but the upkeep isn't where it should be. On the plus side, being so close to the main road and metro gate makes commuting easy, which is essential for my work schedule.

The construction finish is quite good, with attention to detail that really adds a touch of quality to our home. My only small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction activities, but it hasn't affected our overall comfort too much.

Security at the gate often feels insufficient, which is a concern for anyone living here. Noise levels from outside can be quite high during the day, making it hard to enjoy quiet moments inside. Even though the flat itself offers a decent level of sound insulation, the overall atmosphere is less calming than I hoped for.

While the interiors are decent and noise levels from outside are manageable, any semblance of comfort is diminished when power backup isn't reliable either. The building upkeep could really use improvement, common areas often feel neglected and aren't always in the best condition. Security at the gate seems to lack proper coordination as well, which raises some concerns for residents. While there are positives about the community, these recurring problems significantly impact day to day life.
