Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noticing the well maintained gym and inviting pool has been a pleasant surprise for our family. It's nice to have these facilities right within the complex, making it easy to stay active without having to go far. The daily commute is also convenient with quick access from the gate, although I do wish there were a few more options for nearby grocery stores.

Surrounded by well maintained parks and with schools just a stone's throw away, this area has truly exceeded my expectations. Shops and hospitals are conveniently located nearby, making daily errands much easier. While the community could benefit from a few more dining options, the overall value here compared to other places in Kota is impressive. It's reassuring to know everything we need is close by while still enjoying a comfortable living environment.

Noise from the nearby main road and metro gate can be quite intrusive, especially during peak hours. Even when windows are closed, there's a constant hum that makes it hard to relax in the evenings. While the location is convenient for commuting, it compromises the peace you'd expect at home.

The upkeep of common areas leaves much to be desired, it's not uncommon to find them littered or poorly maintained. While the location has its perks, it's overshadowed by these issues that really affect daily life. For a family looking for convenience, these aspects can be quite disappointing.

Nestled close to the main road and just a short walk from the metro gate, the accessibility here is fantastic for daily commutes. Inside our flat, it feels remarkably peaceful despite being near busy areas, making it easy to unwind after a long day. One small issue has been occasional maintenance delays, but overall this place has truly met our needs well.

Waking up to the sounds of chirping birds instead of traffic makes such a difference in our daily routine. Neighbors here have formed a really supportive community, which makes it feel like home. Occasionally, there's some noise from kids playing outside in the evening, but it mostly adds to the charm rather than being disruptive. Kunadi has plenty of dining options nearby, we love trying out new places every weekend. The metro station is just a short walk away, making commuting easy whenever I need to head into town for work.

Stepping out of Riddhi Mansions, the ease of my daily commute is one thing that always stands out. Getting to work or even just running errands feels manageable compared to other options around here. The only small issue I've faced is occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's nothing major and doesn't overshadow my overall experience. In terms of the neighborhood, there are several good schools within walking distance that my kids actually attend, which adds a lot of convenience. Plus, we have a couple of nice parks nearby where we often spend weekends with family and friends.
