Kids play area is okay but could be better maintained. Shops and market are a bit far, so you need vehicle most of the time. Overall, living here is fine but not very convenient for daily needs.

The flat feels solid and wellmade, but sometimes the lifts take a bit longer than I expected, especially during rush hours. Parking can be a little tricky if you come late in the evening. Overall, it's a decent place to stay without too many hassles.

Neighbours are friendly and you can feel a nice community here. The corridors and lobby are usually clean, which makes coming home pleasant. Sometimes the clubhouse could have more events to bring people together, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live. I enjoy the calm atmosphere after a busy day outside.
