Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.

Lifts are often out of service, which is frustrating when you're in a hurry. Maintenance could definitely be better, the common areas look neglected at times. Commute from the gate to my office is manageable but not the most convenient if you hit traffic during rush hour. It's disappointing that such basic aspects aren't consistently maintained.

Corridors and common areas are well maintained, making it a pleasant environment to come home to. The only minor issue is that the lifts can get a little slow during peak hours. Being close to the main road and metro gate adds convenience for commuting, while water supply and electricity here are reliable which makes life easier. Plus, property values in Madipakkam have been appreciating steadily, so it's a good investment as well.

Quiet evenings at Redbrick Aerocity have become my favorite part of the day. Inside the flat, you hardly notice the bustling city outside, which makes it a wonderful retreat after work. The water supply is consistent and reliable, and while the power backup works well most of the time, there are occasional glitches during heavy rains that could be better managed.

Feeling quite let down by how maintenance handles issues. When something goes wrong, it often takes multiple follow ups before anything gets resolved. Air circulation isn't great either, certain rooms feel stuffy and don't get much airflow. It's a bit frustrating given the investment we made here.
