Power backup is reliable here, so no worries during those unexpected outages. Water supply has been steady too, and the daily commute from the gate is quite convenient, however, the roads can get a little congested during peak hours.

Mookondapalli is pretty convenient with good hospitals nearby, making healthcare access easy if needed. Plus, the noise levels from surrounding roads aren't bad at all, it's nice to have a peaceful environment while still being close to everything essential.

Waking up to the view here is quite nice, but there's a lot that could be better.
