Nice place for families, my kids enjoyed the small play area a lot. Security staff were friendly and always alert, which made me feel safe. Could improve a bit on maintaining the common areas though.

Neighbours here are mostly friendly, and the overall community feels calm and welcoming. I found the traffic manageable when going to work, which made my daily commute less stressful. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings, but it’s not too bad. Overall, a nice place to stay with a peaceful vibe. Would be better if they improved street lighting in some areas though.

The corridors and lobby are pretty clean, which makes coming home after work nice and relaxing. I also feel safe walking in late evening, so that’s a big plus for me. Maybe they could add a bit more greenery around to make it feel fresher.

The security guards here are quite friendly and always helpful, which makes me feel safe. Sometimes the lifts take a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it's not much of a problem. The commute to work is also pretty smooth from this area.

Water supply was steady and no worries about power cuts during my stay. Lift took a bit longer sometimes, but overall felt safe returning late at night. Nice experience. Pretty good.
