Finding a home that balances comfort and value isn't easy, but this place really checks most boxes. Maintenance is attentive and prompt when issues arise, we've had only one small delay with a minor repair, but nothing too concerning. Korattur has its perks too, with several supermarkets and kirana stores just around the corner for quick shopping trips. Water supply and electricity are generally reliable, making day to day life quite smooth here.

Water supply here is pretty reliable, which has been a relief for our daily routines. Power backup works seamlessly, I can't remember the last time we faced an outage. Daily commute from the gate is convenient, with easy access to main roads and public transport options. One small issue is that maintenance response times could be quicker at times, but overall, we're quite satisfied living here in Korattur.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Security at the gate has been a relief, knowing that there's always someone watching out for us. The lift conditions are pretty good too, they keep it clean and well maintained most of the time, though there have been a few moments when it seemed slower than usual. Our building is well kept, which makes a big difference in how comfortable we feel here. Korattur is quite peaceful, and I find the streets safe enough to walk around even at night. Plus, there are hospitals and clinics nearby that give me peace of mind when it comes to health emergencies.

Prices here are quite reasonable compared to what else is available in the area, and commuting from the gate is very straightforward. Quality of construction in this flat is quite commendable, and the finishing touches really reflect thoughtful design. Living near the main road has its benefits, especially with easy access to transportation like the metro station just a short walk away. One small complaint would be that some fittings could have been done with better precision. Korattur has a few excellent restaurants and food joints nearby, so there's always something good to eat when we don't feel like cooking. Traffic can get a little heavy during peak hours, but it's manageable most of the time.

Shops are just a short stroll away, which makes picking up groceries or grabbing dinner so much easier. If I had one small complaint, it would be about the occasional noise from construction in neighboring areas, but that's really minor compared to everything else we enjoy here. Korattur feels well established with good roads that make commuting manageable. The infrastructure seems well maintained too, contributing to a pleasant living environment for families like ours.
