Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Sunshine floods every corner of our home, and there's always a fresh breeze coming through the windows. Shopping options are abundant with supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, which is super handy, however, it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. Finding an auto or cab isn't an issue either as they're always readily available in the area. Schools and hospitals nearby make this locality even more appealing for families like ours.

Security at the gate could use some serious improvement. There are times when it feels a bit lax, and I've noticed that the corridors and common areas aren't always well maintained, which can make the whole place feel less inviting. My main concern is that it doesn't seem like enough attention is given to these important details. On a brighter note, living in Ashok Nagar means reliable electricity most of the time, and we have good access to hospitals nearby for any medical needs. Plus, water supply has been consistent, so that's a relief.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noticing the lift is usually well maintained brings a sense of ease to daily life here. The corridors and common areas are kept clean, which makes a big difference when you have children running around. One small complaint would be that sometimes there's a delay in getting maintenance requests addressed, but it's nothing that really disrupts our routine. Ashok Nagar feels like a good neighborhood with decent amenities, and while traffic can get tricky during peak hours, we've managed just fine. Water supply and electricity are pretty reliable, so those worries don't add to the stress of everyday life.

Noticed the corridors and common areas here aren't maintained as well as they should be. It's disappointing to see litter and unkempt spaces, which doesn't really foster a community feel among neighbours. While some families are friendly, there's hardly any effort to organize events or get togethers that could help everyone connect better. Overall, it feels like there's potential for more engagement if only the upkeep was taken more seriously.

Every morning, stepping onto the balcony with a cup of tea brings a sense of peace that's hard to find elsewhere. The proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting straightforward, which is a huge plus for my daily routine. While Rajaram Devaki Villas offers excellent value compared to other options in Varanasi, I do wish there were more options for nearby grocery stores. Still, overall satisfaction reigns here, it's been a pleasant experience so far.

Cracks in the walls and uneven flooring were among the first things I noticed after moving into Rajaram Devaki Villas. It's frustrating because we expected a decent construction quality when we chose this place. The security setup at the gate could use improvement too, as there have been times when it felt a bit lax. Ashok Nagar has its perks, though, there are good hospitals nearby which is reassuring for families. Traffic can get pretty congested during peak hours, making commutes a little longer than we'd like.

What a relief it is to have such airy rooms that make the space feel open and fresh. Neighbours here are like family, always ready to lend a hand or share a chat in the evenings. Stepping into the flat, it's clear how well insulated it is, the outside noise hardly penetrates. My daily commute has become so much easier with quick access to main roads just outside the gate, which saves me a lot of time. The only minor issue I've faced is that sometimes the lift can be a bit slow during peak hours. Ashok Nagar feels very safe at night, and finding an auto or cab whenever needed is never a hassle. Local shops are within walking distance too, making errands simple and quick.
