Changing their rating from 5 to 1(as there is no negative rating) I have been patient about lot of things. Thiere is lot of incompetence and issues buying property from these guys. 1 - Sales commitment - It isn't aligned to many things on what I got as the final output 2 - Technical team - I haven't seen such a worst technical team. Bunch of hooligans am telling you 3 - CRM team - powerless 4 - Owners - Incompetence starts from here top down all through Issues: - Seepage issues still persists - TODAY HEIGHTS OF ISSUES. WATER CONTAMINATION WITH STP DUE TO NEGLIGENCE BY RHL. KIDS HAVE FALLEN ILL - Bathroom and wooden flooring(for which these guys got additional money inspite of paying already) isn't levelled - Terrace isn't levelled and water stagnant issues - Electricity tripping issues - No painting and cleaning during handover. WORST HANDOVER. - Plan of pipes and what is given as a plan doesn't match - Commitment of road and clubhouse and other items didn't happen even today - New surprises everyday with some plan moments - Disconnects between sales- technical-owners - Compensation mentioned in the sale document isn't oblidged, but giving document about readiness on areas like club house, roads is a problem for them Ask anything they will say management decisions and the management is clueless These guys think they are doing a favour to us to attending basic issues. The project is suitable for those on limited funds and The amenities are excellent, and the units are attractive. However, it is located far away from the city.
