Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Quality of life here is surprisingly good, especially considering the value compared to other options in New Panvel. Maintenance staff are quick to respond and take care of any issues promptly, which makes a big difference for families like ours. Just wish the gym had a few more machines during peak hours, but that's really my only complaint.

Maintenance staff tends to take their time responding to complaints, which only adds to the inconvenience. Building upkeep could definitely be better as well, it feels like a few things are getting overlooked and that makes living here more stressful than it should be.

Close to my heart is the convenience of having schools, hospitals, and shops within a short distance in New Panvel. It makes daily life so much easier for our family, especially with kids in school. The quality of construction at Radhey Residency II stands out, everything feels solid and well finished, which adds to my peace of mind. If I had to point out a small issue, it would be the occasional noise from nearby construction work that can disrupt the calm at times, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Facilities like the gym and pool here were a big draw for us, but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The gym equipment is often out of order, and I've seen the pool area looking neglected more times than I can count. Lifts frequently break down, making it frustrating during peak hours, especially when you have kids or groceries to carry. On top of that, New Panvel does have good hospitals nearby, which is reassuring in case of emergencies. The streets feel pretty safe at night too, so that's one less thing to worry about while coming back home late from work.

Corridors often feel neglected, with cleanliness not being a priority lately. The construction finish in our flat has left much to be desired, especially around the kitchen and bathrooms where the details seem rushed. Common areas could really use some attention, it's frustrating when the shared spaces don't reflect the investment we've made in our homes. On a brighter note, New Panvel has a nice selection of local restaurants and food joints that cater to various tastes, making dining out convenient. Plus, getting access to metro and bus services is pretty easy from here, which helps when commuting for work or exploring the city.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
