Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Noticing how friendly everyone is around here has made a big difference for us. Grocery shops are nearby, which is convenient for daily needs. However, the lift situation has been quite disappointing, it often breaks down and requires a long wait during peak hours. Hospitals in the vicinity aren't bad, but I wish there were more good schools close by for my children. The building upkeep could definitely improve as well, some common areas feel neglected and need attention.

Security setup is lacking at the gate and corridors, making it feel a bit unsafe at times. Maintenance in common areas often seems neglected, which doesn't give a welcoming vibe. Supermarkets and kirana stores are within walking distance, which is handy for quick shopping trips. It's also easy to find an auto or cab from here when needed.

So many friendly faces around here make everyday life so much more enjoyable. We have a great community vibe, with neighbors who look out for each other, and there's a lovely market nearby that has everything we need. One small issue is the noise from traffic at times, but it's manageable and doesn't take away from our overall happiness. As for the locality, having good hospitals and clinics just a short drive away gives us peace of mind. Plus, it's nice to see how well developed this area is, everything feels settled and convenient.
