Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained adds to the overall comfort of this place, making it feel welcoming. Inside the flat, it feels so peaceful that sometimes I forget I'm in a bustling city like Chennai, though occasional noise from nearby construction can be a bit distracting.

Schools nearby are decent, which is important for families. However, the shops and hospitals aren't as accessible as I had hoped. With better options available in other areas of Chennai, it feels like we're paying a premium for less convenience than what we should be getting here.

Noise levels can be an issue here, especially with the gym and sports area often being crowded during evenings. While the pool is nice, it doesn't seem to get enough maintenance, and sometimes feels a bit uninviting. On quieter days, the flat itself has decent sound insulation, which is a plus for families looking for some peace. Just wish there was more consistency in maintaining common areas, it really affects the overall experience of living here.
