The apartment feels solid and wellbuilt, no complaints about the finishing inside. Lift was usually quick, so no long waits even during busy hours. Rent here seems a bit on the higher side, but the overall peace and quiet make it worth it. Would like if there were more shops nearby, but otherwise comfortable for daily living.

The security guards here are quite helpful and polite, which made me feel safe every time I came back late. The area is mostly quiet in the evenings, so it’s nice to relax after a long day. Traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours, but that’s understandable in any busy residential place. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for me. Maybe they could improve the street lighting a little for better visibility at night.
