Quality finishes in the flat have really made a difference for us, from the fittings to the overall design. The sense of community among neighbours is something I truly appreciate, we often gather for festivals and celebrations which brings everyone closer. One small concern would be that maintenance requests sometimes take longer than expected, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, very satisfied with our choice here at Puja Nirvana in Sonarpur.

Walking around Puja Nirvana, there's a sense of community that I really appreciate. The proximity to local shops and hospitals makes everyday errands quite manageable, plus the nearby schools have been excellent for my kids' education. One small concern would be the occasional traffic during peak hours, it can get a little hectic on main roads. Sonarpur feels like a hidden gem with plenty of green spaces and easy access to public transport. We have some reputable schools close by that families in the area often choose for their children's schooling, which adds to the neighborhood's charm.

Located quite close to the main road, it's easy to access transportation and reach different parts of the city. However, there's a serious issue with how maintenance complaints are handled. Often it takes multiple reminders for them to respond, which can be quite frustrating when there's an urgent need. The amenities seem appealing at first glance, but if timely support isn't there, it really dampens the experience here.

Recent months have shown me that while the amenities at Puja Nirvana look appealing, they often fall short in maintenance. The gym equipment feels outdated, and the pool area isn't as clean as one would hope for a residential complex. Also, getting to the main road or metro gate can sometimes feel like a hassle during peak hours. On another note, Sonarpur has decent road conditions which makes commuting manageable, but I've noticed that infrastructure upkeep could be better. There are a couple of good clinics nearby which is reassuring for families like ours.

Shops, hospitals, and schools are all within a short distance, which makes life convenient for the family. Water supply and power backup have been reliable so far, just wish there were more nearby eateries to choose from.

Neighbors here truly feel like a family, often coming together for festivals or just casual chats in the evenings. Whenever I've had maintenance issues, the staff has been quick and efficient, which gives a real sense of being taken care of. One small thing though during peak hours, lifts can sometimes be crowded, it would be nice if that were addressed.

Steps away from the main road, it's a breeze to hop on the metro or get to nearby amenities. The gym and pool are fantastic for staying active, though I do wish there were more shaded areas around the sports zone.

Water supply has been a real concern lately, often running dry during peak hours which is frustrating for daily routines. Power backup also seems inadequate, leaving us in the dark more frequently than expected. Considering the rates compared to other properties in Sonarpur, it feels like we aren't getting our money's worth.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
