Quality of the construction here really stands out, everything from the flooring to the fixtures feels solid and well thought out. Being just a stone's throw away from the main road and metro gate makes commuting quite straightforward, which is a huge plus for our daily routines. One small issue is that sometimes maintenance can take a bit longer than expected, but it's manageable given all the positives. Overall, I appreciate how comfortable and convenient life has become in this space.

Feeling safe at home is such a relief, and the security setup at the gate here gives me that peace of mind. Water supply has been consistent, which is crucial for us, and power backup kicks in right away during outages. If I had to point out one small complaint, it would be about occasional maintenance timings that could be more flexible. Ghatkopar East really works for us, the metro station is just a short walk away, making commutes so much easier. Plus, electricity and water reliability in this area have been pretty solid overall.

Sunlight fills my flat throughout the day, and the breeze is just right, making it a cozy space for my family. The lift condition has been mostly reliable, which is essential when managing everyday life with kids. On rare occasions, I've noticed some minor maintenance delays in common areas, but nothing too bothersome. The building overall feels well kept and welcoming. Ghatkopar East has a settled vibe with good infrastructure, the roads are generally well maintained and make commuting easier. It's nice to see shops and parks nearby that add to the neighborhood's liveliness.

Walking into PSK Aura feels welcoming right away, and the construction finish is quite commendable. The quality of materials used is noticeably better compared to other options in Ghatkopar East, making it feel like a good investment for my family. My only small concern would be the occasional issues with maintenance response times, but overall, we are genuinely satisfied living here.

Noise from the main road can be quite disruptive, especially during peak hours. While being close to the metro gate is convenient for daily commutes, the constant honking makes it challenging to enjoy quiet time at home. We often end up keeping windows shut and rely on air conditioning because of this. It's a mixed bag, access to cabs and autos is generally easy here, but the noise from nearby commercial areas can really wear you down after a long day.

Fresh air and a good breeze come through the flat, making it feel so welcoming. The gym and pool here are fantastic, they really motivate us to stay active as a family. If there's one thing that could be better, it's the availability of some equipment in the gym during peak hours. Living in Ghatkopar East has its perks too there's not much hustle from nearby roads, so we can relax at home without constant noise. Plus, with supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, shopping for daily needs is super easy.

Commute from the gate is quite straightforward, which makes mornings less hectic. Whenever we've had any maintenance issues, the staff has been prompt and helpful in addressing them.
