Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but overall the place feels quite well maintained. I liked how clean the common areas are, makes living here comfortable. Just wish the elevator waited a little longer during peak hours.

Nice place to stay, everything is nearby like shops and hospital, which is very convenient. Security guards are polite and always alert. Sometimes parking space feels a bit tight but overall good experience.

Nice quiet place to stay, and the roads are not too crowded even during rush hours. I liked that my kids have a small play area nearby where they can hang out safely. Sometimes the clubhouse could be more active with events, but overall it feels good for daily life without much noise. Commute to office wasn’t a big problem from here.

Place is decent for living, but sometimes security seems a bit slow to respond when you come late at night. I felt okay overall, though the traffic nearby can get a little heavy during peak hours, making commute slightly stressful. Neighbors are mostly quiet, so no big disturbances. Would be better if the guards were a bit more alert, but otherwise fine for daily stay.

Nice place to live with good open spaces around. I feel safe coming back late at night, which is important for me. Would be better if there were more regular community events to meet neighbors.

Lift works fine but sometimes a bit slow during peak hours. The flat feels wellbuilt and the finish is good, nothing feels cheap. Common areas are mostly clean, though I noticed a little dust near the corners sometimes. Overall, it’s comfortable to live here and peaceful most of the time. Would be better if cleaning was more regular in the lobby.
