Common areas are pretty clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings, but otherwise it’s fine. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Nice place to stay with good open spaces around, feels fresh in the mornings. Shops and market are nearby, so daily things are easy to get. Just wish the common areas were cleaned a bit more often.

Parking is usually not a problem here, which is a relief. The security guards are polite and always ready to help. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer, but overall it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Lift was a bit slow during peak hours, but overall staying here felt comfortable. The security guards were polite and always helpful whenever I had a question. Traffic nearby is manageable, so commuting to office doesn’t take much time. Would be better if elevator speed improved a little, but still a good place to live.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels like a small community. The flat finishing is decent, though a bit more attention to paint quality would be good. Overall, comfortable stay for us. Nice place

Neighbours are friendly and you feel safe walking back late at night. It’s mostly quiet, though sometimes a bit of traffic noise during rush hour. Overall, nice place to stay. Good vibes
