Noticing the constant noise from the nearby main road has been a concern, especially during evenings when trying to unwind. For what we pay, there are definitely better options around here that offer more peace. Sholinganallur has its perks though, electricity and water supply have been quite reliable, making it easier for families like ours to settle in comfortably. The locality feels well developed with all essential amenities within reach.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noise levels can get pretty high, especially during peak hours, it's tough to find a moment of peace inside the flat. Water supply has been inconsistent as well, and power backup often takes longer than expected. Schools nearby are decent and my kids have settled in well at one of them. Finding an auto or cab is usually straightforward, which adds a bit of convenience to our daily routine.

Strolling through the corridors of Propshell Botanica, I often notice how well maintained everything is, which gives me peace of mind. It's conveniently located near the main road, making daily commutes straightforward, and the common areas are tidy and welcoming. One small concern would be that sometimes noise carries from neighboring flats during busy hours. Sholinganallur has its advantages too, there are several good hospitals nearby in case of emergencies and public transport options like buses can be easily accessed from here. All in all, it's a comfortable place to live for my family and me.
