Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bright and airy spaces create a refreshing atmosphere, making it enjoyable to spend time at home. The quality of construction reflects attention to detail, although the occasional squeaky door could use some fixing.

Neighbours are friendly and there's a nice sense of community here, which is comforting. Unfortunately, the flat feels cramped at times with limited air circulation, making it hard to enjoy the fresh breeze even though the windows face outward.

Elevators often feel neglected here, which can be quite frustrating when you're rushing out in the morning. The maintenance of the building has room for improvement too, as some common areas seem overlooked. Kondapur does have its perks with good schools nearby that many families rely on, but traffic gets really bad during peak hours, making commuting a challenge. It's important to factor those things in if you're considering moving here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Lift maintenance has been quite reliable since moving in, and the overall building is well kept with a solid finish. One small issue is that the plumbing can be a bit finicky at times, but it hasn't caused any major problems for us. The locality of Kondapur offers good road quality and consistent infrastructure upkeep, making commutes manageable, plus, water and electricity have been dependable which is a huge relief for any family.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Stepping into my home, the first thing that strikes me is how peaceful it feels inside. It's a pleasant surprise to find such quiet, especially when using the gym and pool area, you can really focus on your workout or relax without distractions. Just wish there were a few more options for evening activities nearby, but overall, I'm very content living here.
