Place is decent for living, but sometimes water supply gets a bit irregular, which can be annoying. Security guards are mostly helpful, though a few days they seemed a bit careless. Overall, it feels safe and peaceful, but I would check power backup options before moving in. Rent prices seem okay compared to nearby areas.
