Shops, hospitals, and schools are all within a short distance, which makes managing daily life so much easier. The only downside is that sometimes I can hear kids playing outside, but it doesn't bother us too much as the flat remains peaceful overall.

The quietness inside the flat is refreshing, almost like a retreat from the hustle of the city. The sense of community among neighbours adds to that comforting feel, everyone is friendly and supportive, making it easier to settle in. Corridors often feel neglected, and the upkeep of common areas is disappointing. Community interactions among neighbours could be better as well, which makes it less welcoming than I had hoped. Dhirenpara has its perks with plenty of good restaurants nearby, so finding a decent meal isn't hard. It's also pretty easy to grab an auto or cab when needed, making commuting hassle free.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Fresh paint and quality finishes made a strong impression when we first moved in. Prithvi Arham stands out among other options around Dhirenpara, offering good value for the price. The layout suits our family needs well, but I wish the sound insulation was a tad better, some noise travels through from neighboring flats. Overall, very satisfied with our choice here.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Noticing the calm inside my flat has been a real plus, especially after a long workday, it feels like an escape from the hustle outside. The lift condition is quite decent and the building maintenance is generally well taken care of, although I wish there were more greenery around for a refreshing touch. Dhirenpara seems to be steadily gaining value, which is encouraging, and we've found good schools nearby that our kids attend regularly.

Recently got some plumbing issues sorted out, and the maintenance staff was quick to respond and very efficient. The quality of the flat is commendable, with attention given to finishes that make it feel well built. My only small concern would be occasional noise from nearby construction, which can get a bit distracting at times. The locality has been great for property appreciation, I've noticed steady growth in value since we moved in. Plus, there are a couple of good schools within walking distance that my kids attend regularly, making life easier for us as parents.
