Attention to detail in the construction of my flat is commendable, and it feels solidly built compared to other options I considered in Vadodara. The finishes are tasteful and add a nice touch without breaking the bank. One small issue is the delivery time for some amenities, they've taken longer than expected to get fully operational, but that hasn't dampened my overall satisfaction with the place.

Finding value in today's market can be tough, but Prime Upvan has truly exceeded our expectations. The daily commute from the gate is straightforward, making it easy to reach work without much hassle. Just wish there were more options for grocery shopping nearby, that would make life a little easier.

When it comes to amenities, there are definitely some gaps here. For instance, while the nearby schools are decent, I've faced issues with getting timely responses from management when I needed help settling in. There are some grocery shops within walking distance, but they often run out of basic supplies. Kapurai feels pretty settled and developed overall, there's a good local park for kids to play in and it's nice to see families enjoying the outdoor space. The area has a community vibe that makes it appealing for families like ours, but I'd still prefer more options when it comes to shopping and healthcare services nearby.

Sunlight pours in through the large windows, making my mornings so much brighter. The gym and pool area here are fantastic, I've really enjoyed getting back into a fitness routine without needing to travel far. There's just one thing I wish was different: sometimes the common areas feel a bit crowded during weekends. Kapurai has been great for us, with well maintained roads that make commuting easy and plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away for daily needs. It feels convenient living here, blending comfort with accessibility nicely.

Every time I step out of my home, the well maintained corridors and common areas always make a positive impression. Cleanliness is given priority here, which adds to the overall sense of community. The lifts are in good condition and hardly ever cause delays, making life that much easier for everyone. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be a bit more greenery in the shared spaces, an extra touch of nature would really enhance the ambiance.

It's hard to beat the convenience here, being so close to the main road and metro gate. Neighbours are friendly, making it feel like a real community where everyone looks out for one another. The only downside is that sometimes noise from traffic can be a little distracting during peak hours, but that's a small price to pay for all the positives this place offers.

Waking up to sounds from the street has become a routine here, and it can get quite disruptive. While there's some good airflow, it's tough to enjoy the peace and quiet when the noise keeps filtering in. It's hard not to feel a bit frustrated because you want your home to be a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day.
