Nice open spaces around, feels good to step out on the balcony in the morning, though elevator could be a bit faster.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels like a closeknit community here. Power backup is mostly good, though sometimes there’s a short outage. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with decent vibes.

Lift sometimes takes a bit long, especially during evenings when many people are coming back. The common areas are mostly clean but could be better maintained on weekends. Felt safe walking around late at night, which was a relief. Overall, not perfect but still a decent place to stay.

Nice open balconies make mornings fresh, and the neighbors are friendly too. The finishing inside the flat is good, but a little more soundproofing would be nice. Good vibes overall

Place feels good for living, construction quality is decent and no major issues inside the flat. Power backup works fine most of the time, though sometimes water pressure is a bit low. Overall, okay experience for the price paid.

Really liked how spacious the balcony was, perfect for morning chai and fresh air. The flats have good finishing, feels solid and wellbuilt. Sometimes the community area gets a bit crowded, but overall it’s a nice place to relax after work. Would love if they added more seating spots around the garden though.
